Folsom locals, John & Frankie Arata took over the reins of Plank Craft Kitchen + Bar in late 2024.  Frankie & Johnny, as they’re known to their friends, have extensive restaurant and industry experience and bring their knowledge and passion to take Plank to the best version possible.  Along with their two children, Luke & Regan, it's a true family affair and on any given night, you can see one, or all of them working the floor.

   With a focus on community, quality & old-fashioned great service, Plank will always be a place where our customers are appreciated and welcomed.

   Plank was established in 2021 and has had a loyal following since.  "We've always loved Sutter Street in the Historic District of Folsom and now that we're a part of the business community, we love it even more!  It truly is a special place."
